Moving Apps to SD Card

For those with problems moving apps to the SD card, make sure you have your phone set for media storage on the SD card.

Go to Menu.
Then go to Storage.
Then look at the bottom and make sure you have SD Card chosen for media storage.

Not sure if that's your problem, but it's worth a look.

Yep, done that already. No change on being able to move apps to the SD card.

This is getting frustrating.

You can't move your apps to your SD card. I just found this out yesterday after buying a new phone(X2) and a 32 g SD card. I'm kinda pissed about it. Card is stuck at 29.66 can't add anything to it. Verizon guy said this had something to do with people stealing the apps via SD card. If this is the app developers fault well they won't have much to worry about because people just won't buy anymore apps. No way to store them! I upgrade in a year. I going to start looking for devices with either very large internal storage or the ability to move app to SD.

1. Tap 2. Scroll to and tap Files to open the file manager 3. Tap Internal phone storage 4. Scroll to the folder or file location to your desired file 5. Tap and hold the file, then choose Copy or Move 6. Press the back key and Tap the SD card 7. Scroll to the folder or file location where you want to place your desired file 8. Tap Paste here 9. Your file has been placed into your other storage location

Found this though. It worked! See if yours is the same.

In step 1, what exactly is one supposed to tap? Does this fix really work?
