Moving apps to SD card

I was noticing and perhaps I don't understand completely, lollipop now offers the ability to move apps to the sd card. However it seems like it doesn't completely move apps to the sd card? I still see my internal memory being used.

Also is there a way to move games to the SD card? It gives the option to move to SD card, but a message will pop up saying that is unable to do so.

It's up to the individual developer of the app to allow you to move the app to a SD card or not. It was this way with Honeycomb. Some apps will only allow you to move the data and not the APK.
