Moving files from PC to phone without messing up date

I was wondering if it was possible to transfer photos from my PC to my new phone without messing up the order of the date.
My phone keeps saying that the photos are being added as of today, rather than the original modified date.

I've tried many methods of trying to transfer my photos without ruining the order. With robocopy, for some reason I'm unable to transfer photos with robocopy because the destination directory goes to my system32 rather than my actual phone's internal storage, when plugged in via USB.

Is it more complicated with the phone's internal storage? I can't transfer to a microSD card because the S21 decided to remove the feature.

You can try Samsung Smart Switch for pc or if you have the pictures or files saved in Google drive or photos just use the same account should be on the phone when u use same account in phone .

Oh my god, thank you so much for the help!
I was finally able to transfer my photos over with the original dates.
I never knew this program/app existed and will definitely remember it when transferring photos to a new device.
