Just some advice to anyone moving from IOS to Android, make sure you've set your voicemail box provisioning number correctly otherwise you'll not be able to switch VM on or off.
Had this issue myself recently after receiving my pre order SG9. Network carrier is O2 in the uk and couldn't figure out how to switch off VM, despite trying all of the correct numbers to call, i.e. 1750 (to turn vm on) and 1760 (to switch vm off).
In the end it was my provisioning number that the carrier rep had to amend for me on my tariff, apparently I had an iPhone bolt-on on my account and having switched to Android it's not compatible.
All sorted now but thought it worth offering some advice in case anyone else runs into similar issues.
Thanks
