Moving images/videos from Dropbox to the HTC One gallery

I have a bunch of images and videos on Dropbox that I'd like to move to my HTC One gallery, how can I do that?

I did some research since I'll be moving to a Tmobile HTC One soon. If you download the files to your PC, hook your phone up to your PC, you can then drag and drop them into the Pictures folder. It then will show in the Gallery.

Aren't you able to just long press on the item and save? If they are in a folder, I believe you can long press the folder and save the entire folder as well.
