Moving Photos Between albums

Is there anyway to move photos between albums with the Moto X? I cannot figure it out in the Gallery App, I can only do it with a file manager. Seems like there has to be an easier way.

i had to download "Gallery Folder Plugin" to get that capability.

What about using your PC with the phone plugged in?

I do most of the moving and arranging stuff on the laptop as it is much easier with mouse, keyboard and big screen.

Although I have not tried using the OTA plug, but on the moto G, it would show a mouse cursor when I plugged in the RF keyboard/Mouse combo. That also made shuffling stuff around easier.
