Mt 1 friend contact has a symbol of a person and like a tag next to her contact

It's her boyfriends phone so I never saved the name but all sudden it shows her name but a person and price tag looking symbol next to it

What does symbol of pwrson with a tag mean?

I received a text from a person with a name (not in my contacts) with a symbol of a person with a tag, what does that mean and how does the person's name appear if not in my contacts? I have a screenshot of the symbol but not sure how to attach it here

This symbol is attached to a text with a name but the number is not in my Contacts. What does the symbol mean and how can a name appear with it if not in my Conta to (attached). BTW, the post earlier on boyfriend cell is NOT my post, it was a search result that prompted me to ask my question because it was similar. Attached is the screenshot of the symbol. Note 20 and the symbol appears next to name in a text but that contact is not in my Contacts, I am wondering if it is attached to a contact in my gmail...?
