It's been a while since I had more than one source for contacts but Google Contacts offers this ability. Importing contacts from your other accounts is pretty simple, then when you go to save a new contact you can choose which account you want to save the contact to.

Microsoft Support has instructions for how to share your contacts from Hotmail and Outlook with Google Contacts.

Google Help has instructions for how to import or export contacts from the most popular sources. Their new AI results show step by step if you ask specifically how to share one way or the other. See the example below.

To import Outlook contacts to Google Contacts, you can:
  1. Export your contacts from Outlook as a CSV file:
    1. Click the File tab
    2. Click Options
    3. Click Advanced
    4. Under Export, click Export
    5. In the Import and Export Wizard, click Export to a file
    6. Click Comma Separated Value (DOS)
    7. Select the contacts folder you want to export
    8. Choose a location to save the file
    9. Type a name for the file
    10. Click Finish
  2. Import the contacts into Google Contacts:
    1. Log on to Google Contacts
    2. Click More in the top left
    3. Click Import
    4. Under Import Contacts, click Browse
    5. Select the file you exported in step 1, and then click Open
    6. Click Import [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
You can also import Gmail contacts into Outlook:
  1. Export the contacts from Gmail as a CSV file
  2. Import the contacts into Outlook [4, 7]
You can also use Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook to sync your Google Contacts and Outlook Contacts. [8]

That i can do but if changes or addition they would not be sycn.
I believe once you add these connections they work in both directions. Again it has been a while since I've had an account outside of Google or Samsung but in the Gmail app, when you create an account at the top of the page you will see your default account listed with a drop down menu indicator. That field says, "Save to" meaning if you expand that field you can select the account you want to save the contact to, while having it displayed along with your other contacts all in one place.
