I believe it has a Verizon logo on the front. Nothing about HTC though

The Verizon rep told me that they could order it and then ship.it to my house for no charge. I passed though because of the price.

Rep at a store told you they could order? Or online?

My Store just said they did not have any, did not say anything about ordering it. I will try to order it today from the store. If it fits with the extended battery on the phone, THAT would be awesome!
