Multimedia Dock

Does anyone know anything about the dock for the Photon. I have heard it is suppose to be Atrix like, but there doesn't seem to be any confirmation on this from the announcement today. I am really wanting a tablet, but if the dock for this phone is like the Atrix then this might be the best choice. But if the dock is just a stand with a bunch of external jacks on it, then I'm not really interested.

It might get that Taplet dock , Motorola's CEO Sanje jah said that they have plans for it later this year
I don't know about the Laptop dock though , since the Ports (USB & HDMI) are in the opposite side of the Atrix

From the video released today it looks like the dock just connects to other HDMI capable displays and then gives you an Atrix like environment. While I like this concept, I like the actual laptop-like dock better. Maybe they will come out with one down the road, who knows... But this may hinder my decision to get the Photon vs. the EVO 3D.

I sure hope they come out with a laptop dock cause that is pretty cool. Nonetheless hopefully they sell a bundle deal that includes the hdmi dock, bleutooth mouse, bluetooth keyboard, and the navigation remote. That would be a bundle I would buy

I would love a tabletdock. Sort of like the padfone right?...... with the ports being on the opposite side I can see an adapter like base to connect to the Atrix style ports and then it should work. If this works and the price for thr labtop dock drops I would get it.

The Photon can use the HD Multimedia Dock, but the laptop dock is still in question. People believe that it can't since the inputs aren't compatible with the Photon's layout.

When the Photon is docked in the HD Multimedia Dock, does it go into "Exhibition-style" mode? What does it display while it is docked?
