I just got a new Zenpad S 8.0 after my old Lenovo bit the dust, and I"m trying to set it up with multiple users like I had on the Lenovo. I don't see the option anywhere to add new user or even a guest account. How do I do it?? This tablet is not going to work at all for our family if we can't have our own accounts!

ETA: I talked with ASUS customer service and they couldn't help me at all. The "User" option in settings simply isn't there! They said to factory reset or return for another one...but they had no reason why the option isn't there, so why can I be sure the next one will have the correct option???

If I remember correctly, when these tablets were on lollipop you could set up multiple users, but unless they were already created, when upgrading to marshmallow, that option became unavailable.

If you have two users set up on Lollipop, and one person using a Guest account, and update to Marshmallow, will the Guest account still be available?
