Anyone else starting to get Mushy buttons? The bottom buttons, my Back button doesn't click anymore, it functions, but isn't a snappy click, its very mushy. Anyone else notice this? This seems to be the most used physical button i would imagine.

question is, is a mushy button/broken button covered under the 1 year warranty, or would this be a stupid TEC warranty issue? looks like its more of a normal wear and tear rather than negligence

The home button on my 14-month-old Droid X just stopped working properly yesterday. No click, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Am I going to have to just buy a new phone, since it is more than a year old? yikes!

Get insurance, file a claim, pay the deductible. Refurbed X for $100 or so.

I got a replacement phone from verizon with mushy buttons and phone support said to take it into a store. I did and the people just laughed at me! Good luck with verizon if you pursue a similar issue.

Call 611 and get a replacement phone that way. Going in to the store is a joke. Tell them the buttons are not responsive. Go through the resetting, etc. and demand another phone.
