I'm using a Droid RAZR Maxx HD....

A few days ago, all of my music was in Google Play music with a couple of Playlists to boot. One day, all of the music is playing normally through Google Play Music. A couple of days later, all of the music disappeared from Google Play music. After trying to re-sync the music (via tethering to my laptop), a small portion of the songs (maybe 25 songs out of 4.5 gb of music) reappeared, but no playlists.

I've since found all of the missing music is still stored on the device (not the SD/SIM card). If I go through storage first, I am able to open songs via Google Play Music. However, if I open Google Play Music first, I only see a very limited number of songs.

What made the songs disappear and how do I get Google Play to recognize the "hidden" songs?

Go to manage app find play music clear everything and then re-open app music should be back

Are we talking about "Clear Data", "Clear Cache", "Clear Defaults, or all of them?

On second thought scratch that, I cleared them all, and my music is back. No, playlists, but that can be fixed.

Thanks brah.
