music download

I downloaded a zipped music file with Astro but how do i move it into my music playlists? It plays but I can only find it through Astro I must be doing something wrong please help me?!

Unzip it, (long press the folder, press "edit", press "move") then go to "Home", then go into the "Music" folder, then press the Menu soft key, go to "Edit" and press "Paste".
