"Music Playback Error"-Why am I getting this?

Ugh. I don't understand anything the others are saying about how to fix problem. I don't understand moto, mogo, magoo, etc. My songs played one day, and now they don't. I tried the trouble-shooting (checking internet connection, signing in and out, etc)--none worked. My songs are listed in my library. Just can't listen to them. Frustrating. *I just tried playing songs from desktop. Worked fine. Now what?
 
Hi, we're going to need to know more info if we are going to assist.

1) What app are you using to play the music?
2) are the songs downloaded on your phone or are you streaming?
3) if you are streaming have you paid your monthly subscription?
4) if you are streaming do you have a strong connection?
5) if the songs are downloaded, are they on an SD Card?
6) what, if any error message are you getting?
 
I am having the same issue. I downloaded all of my music from the Play store and listen from my library. I am using a Samsung Galaxy s5 and have never had an issue until a couple of months ago. I need help too.
