Music Player

What are you using? I tried Stelio and I liked it but had issues with album artwork and it has some serious flaws with the UI. PlayerPro isn't perfect but it's the best one I've found so far besides PowerAmp.
Power amp Alpha

I just tried poweramp and then played the same song on pulsar. volume was louder and bass and Treble better on pulsar.

is there something that needs to be adjusted in the settings in poweramp?

Hey V20 users.
What app are you using for playing music?
I have experienced Xplayer 3D
And it blew me away. However the trial ended already so I just want to know if there's a better app than that before purchasing it.
Thanks!

I highly recommend Black Player EX. I've tried the free one and liked it so much ended up paying for the pro version. Very lightweight, easy to navigate, and so much options/features. I like looking at my MP3s in folder view and this one is the most organized.

BTW it has built in EQ controls and other smart controls as well.

Music Folder Player is also good. I also use that one, mostly for podcasts.

The only way to truly compare is to run everything flat..... Its only software so it should not be limiting output.

I just tried Pulsar and may stick with it. Comparing it to the stock V20 player and all sound settings at flat, I couldn't tell any difference between the two.

I don't think it will work for me....my headphones are studio type so they tend run clean and flat.....I'm not a fan of mudd, however I like to boost the bottom slightly

For me it varies depending on what I'm listening to. For general listening, I'll use the LG music app or Jet Audio Premium. If I'm listening to my streaming library I'll switch between Pandora, the Amazon music app or Google Music. Right now I'm doing the free trials of Google Play music and Amazon Prime Unlimited (both are 4 month streaming deals for free), both allow downloading of my music files too for offline listening.

I just wish either of them had a HD audio download "tier". My FLAC library is limited.
