Thanks so much for providing such useful and helpful info. IDK why others couldn't figure this out. Instead automatically hard reset safe mode clear every cache or delete every app. That's not always the answer. This worked for me thanks a million.

Since you expect others to be able to figure out your issues, what stopped you from figuring it out on your own?
No one told you to perform a FR. You were simply asked if you had.
You came looking for suggestions and ideas. Don't crap on folks trying to help you.
Next time, you just might get ignored.

I agree that immediately going to a factory reset is a bit drastic, but Safe Mode is always a good troubleshooting step to consider, as well as clearing app caches (or the system cache partition). You'd be surprised at how many people aren't aware of Safe Mode, so that's why I frequently suggest it myself.
