Music Sync

I tried to sync my music using the Motorola Media link and also Doubletwist. I now have duplicate songs on my system for all my albums. Itried to look at the sd card where the songs are stored and cant find the duplicates. How can i undupe the songs in my phone. Thanks for for help in advance
