Music Turns Off when Video'ing

When I start a to video something and I have my bluetooth headset playing music, the music cuts out and my headset then controls the starting and stopping of the video I am taking, how do I stop this and be able to continue to listen to my music?

Don't think it can be done either. Kinda makes sense since capturing video usually includes audio capture too so the components required to do that can't serve double duty.

Okay thanks. My Samsung 9+ I could record and still listen to music. I use the video mainly for recording my lifting sets for my coach not day to day videos where the sounds are part of what you are recording.

I didn't know the s9 could do that and I had one. Most phones including iPhone will turn off audio output during video recording.
