Music without motocast

I want to play music on my Razr but I don't want to use motocast. At work I have no signal (4G/3G or cell) and cant stream music or even take a phone call or send a text. I want to play music but I cant figure out how to get music off of my computer onto my phone to play it. I have tried putting music into different folders on both the phones memory and the SD card with no luck. The music programs are not recognizing I have music on the phone. I can't even use slacker or pandora at work. Will someone please help me figure this out.

I use a program called double twist on my computer. I simply drag the songs or albums to the razr from there..really simple. Also Motocast allows you to download your songs from your computer without the USB..by this I mean your not just syncing, but actually physically moving to your phone.

Get an MP3 player. They are cheap and very easy to use.

Need to ask. Can't you just drag the music files from the computer to the SD card on a Razr? That's all I ever did for my Droid X. Just drag and drop.
