So far I really like:

Google Messages
Gboard
Google Fit...I did install to try. Syncs steps good, tracks workouts but can't figure out if possible to sync other data like sleep, heartbeat, etc.

I just tried to use Googles Messages and replying to a text I clicked on the mic instead of swiping and it keeps saying initalizing and then it takes too long and says tap again. I'm pretty sure on Samsung Messages and hitting the mic it worked right away and I have google text to speech enabled. I just switched back to Samsung and on the mic it said intializing and went straight to letting me speak so for now I will use Samsung.

Thanks, I got gboard to be default keyboard but when touching mic to reply to a text and I have google set for default text to speech also but in Google verses Samsung when I touched the mic it said initializing for to long then would say press again something like that and on Samsung messages I touch the mic to speak and initializing went right away and it let me speak. It was better for me.

I downloaded you tube music to try it and I downloaded one of my playlist it said turn on wifi and put watch on charger but it doesn't play on watch still.

That sounds like the watch somehow isn't signed into your Google account?

It asked me when I downloaded it to sign into my google account and my watch is signed in. I'll mess with it again later. I'm headed to a wedding.

I found an app called "Ultimate Alexa" which costs only $2.00 and has a seven day trial period. It's an Alexa for your watch, basically, and has proven very useful for controlling my home automations (e.g. security system) when I'm out for a run without my phone.

Oh wow! I may need to try that! The one thing Alexa doesn't do is our garage though My Q it'll work with IFITT but I don't understand all that.

I discovered this am that MyFitnessPal app has been updated and now is available for WearOS. It was discontinued on Tizen, but now back on WearOS (it was not there before), so I am pleased. It is an app that I use daily.

I got it on my watch and can't get logged in. Said it was wanting me to log in on phone and I was already logged in the app on my phone it says switch to phone for authentication. It opened the browser I think and not my app.

Are you still liking the Alexa app? I'm getting ready to try it! I go to bed at night and before I plug in or just set my phone down on the night table I open the Phillip Hue app and turn off the lights. And then put my watch in bedtime mode and it would be nice to speak to the watch for stuff. One thing i wish was that you could make up your own wake word. I have echo right near by on a dot in one room our thermostat is Alexa and we just got the new latest Echo shows and mine has a new name Ziggy. But I would love to pick my own.

I forgot the exact sequence, but you do have to follow that order and log into MyFitnessPal via the browser on your phone to authenticate the watch app.

Well It took me to browser and wanted me to add my Facebook credentials cause that is how I am logged in with the app but I got rid of it by accident and now it won't come back up.

Someone on a you tube video was talking about what's app which I have never used and this messaging app for watch to work for messaging apps and when he got a notification his screen was flashing yellow around the watch and I had never seen that it was cool! Anyone know what that was? It may of had to with the watch messaging app he had he said it was one app that worked with several texting apps I think.
