Hello,
A few months ago I started experiencing a change when I try to select files to attach to an email or upload to a site. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 running One UI 4 1, Android 12 and is up to date.
From the Gmail app, when I tap on the attach icon and then Attach File, I am presented with a screen that does not have any files listed, just the folder name (see the first attached file). If I click on the hamburger in the upper-left (to get to the Open From selection), it doesn't matter which of the folders I select (Recents, Images, Videos, Audio, Documents, Downloads), I see no files listed, nor subfolders.
In order to see files I have to scroll down the Open From list and select My Files. I can then navigate to where the file is that I want to select. This is the process that I had to use when I downloaded the screenshot below.
Has anybody else experienced this?
Thank you,
Al
