Question My account in the old.reddit.com version

I needed to be extra sure and wary just in case I find myself into that page and not cause an accidental deletion in that version of the site.

Does deleting my Reddit account in the old version of Reddit on a browser not give me a "yes or no" confirmation prompt if I press the "Delete button" upon entering my credentials? Will it just immediately erase the account?

In the new version of Reddit, it gives me more chances to turn back and think twice about deleting by giving me a prompt.

If nobody knows that - and I for one certainly don't understand Reddit accounts, some of which seem to completely disappear, while others come into existence by themselves out of thin air - you could perhaps create a duff account and then try the deleting procedure on that.

you can go to reddit help sub and ask but there is a reason why it is the old version The new version is not just GUI, it also added a bunch of features that cannot be used on the old.
