My alarm will only vibrate, has no sound why?

My alarm on my ZTE Straight talk phone ,will only vibrate when alarm goes off I have the sound turned all the way up but it still only vibrates?

Install a vibration check app for checking vibration.If not work go to a technician.I think you have to change your vibrator motor.

Welcome to the forums! In your alarm settings, see if you can turn the "Vibrate" feature off. Maybe that will allow it to sound. Let us know!
