I have a Samsung galaxy A5 (6) this is what happened...
My camera light turned on and my phone shut down, it wouldn't turn back on so I thought it had died and put it on charge half and hour later I turned it back on but not it's just stuck on the Samsung logo? I've tried turning it off by pressing the power button and it don't work, I've tried turning it off by pressing the power and volume down button, it turns off and then back on straight away, I've tried pressing the power button, volume button and home button together but it goes straight to this green/blue screen saying press up to download or to press down to cancel? I've tried pressing all 3 buttons at the same time and then releasing to power button but straight away it goes back to the download screen, I've also tried hooking it up to my laptop using the USB cord that came with it but my windows laptop says USB not recognised, something went wrong . I haven't installed no weird apps, gone on any weird websites. I use it for calls and texts only. Help???
