Sorry to hear that , I'm not sure we can do much for you here, we don't work for Google.
Maybe get some input from XDA website they have a lot of app developers there

In my experience once an app gets rejected it becomes increasingly difficult to resubmit it with success without a major overhaul. And just as you experienced, they do not give detailed explanations as to why an app is rejected. Hope you get success.
