"my apps" missing from the market

Anyone having a problem with there app list on the market? I got a updates available notice but I deleted it along with some email notifications. Later when I went in to the market I saw nothing needing a update,in fact only a handful of apps would show up in my app list and they showed as not being installed even tho they are. Very strange!
