my att ultra won't update.

Android 10

Security patch August 2020.

I do check for software updates and it says im current. I've tried restarting and resetting network settings.

Any advice or tips are appreciated. Thanks AC.

Did you go I to setting of smart switch and preference software update checked my device and device with phone number?

yep. BF has the same issue on his ultra. says August is the latest update. maybe att pulled it. or we both are just unlucky lol

not sure. in the other thread the other guy didn't have any luck with att which doesn't surprise me in the slightest. att only wants to talk if money is involved.

Well you might have to do odin every update but it's only 10 minutes , or go to unlocked firmware and get the OTA or odin , but either way . Your welcome!
