My Azpen a729 tablet has green lines (1 horizontal 1 vertical)

On my azpen a729 android tablet, while watching videos on a site with many players like CouchTuner or watchseries, I get green lines on the screen .one horizontal and a vertical one that crosses it & sometimes keeps audio going while the screen freezes of the video player screen, not the whole screen of the tablet It also has with the lines a strange color to the whole video (on a side note this doesn't even have it at all on those sites when watching on my Android, an Alcatel government phone.) Does anybody know how to fix this? Thank you so much.

Adblock browser. Chrome always had too many popups . But chrome ,tried it again and it's little better

But you still see the green lines when playing the videos in Chrome?
