My battery has a wire pulled out, is this why my Galaxy Note 10.1 is not working?

my battery has a wire pulled out is this why my galaxy note 10.1 is not working

the battery has black,green and red wires where you plug it in the galaxy note one of the green wires is pulled out.I have not been able to turn my tablet on in over two months.my granddaughter had dropped it and it was flickering alot and then it just stayed black with no lights on and no sound but it still gets hot when you charge it or press the power button like your turning it on.

I would say yes this is why it is not working. I would take it to a local repair shop to get fixed.
