My video production teacher actually returned his iPhone yesterday...he didn't like it. Too simple and didn't have the features he wanted. So he's going out like tomorrow and getting a Droid 3. Told him to check out my Droid Bionic when I get it, he'd probably like that better unless he's really stuck to that keyboard and can't use an onscreen one.

I respect that. I am forced to an iPhone for Nur-Med. I am going to Jail **** it! ha ha!

thank you for all the videos and making the wait til thursday seem even longer lol. with the bionic gs2 comparison, so gs2 scores a couple thousand higher, great sooo now what can u actually do with that number, screenshot it and use it as a wallpaper and show everyone? the difference is unnoticeable in everyday use. i'll gladly trade it for a higher resolution and LTE, which is actually practical in the real world.

Lol screw that! I'd tell them to screw off if they made me have an iPhone, I'd still carry my Android phone. Just like how I know a few people that have to carry a blackberry for work, but still carry an Android phone or iPhone. I'd just tether my 4G to my iPhone all day XD

yeah my friend at VZ carries 2. His personal (he sadly is a proud apple fanboy) and his work one (Sony Xperia) that they are actually telling him he too has to switch to a BB Torch so he can start promoting that phone too.....bleh I am soo done with Blackberry

Again, I'm being misquoted here. I'll try to explain again....

No, the numbers and scores and specs are meaningless. But remember one thing: this phone was pulled for 'enhancements' and other upgrades, and Moto tweeted and posted messages along with VZW and countless other media outlets, etc - all telling us that 'it will be worth the wait', etc etc bla bla bla.

Moto, VZW and the media did this - so when the thing is actually benchmarked you're damn right we're going to put it under a microscope. Where have you been since January when this phone was first announced?

It's like pushing off a major exam and you spend countless nights and days studying and when you finally take the test you get a B. Sure, that's good enough, but not the best score. With all the hype you would EXPECT nothing but the BEST.

And I was thinking about applying at Verizon...I'd still carry my Bionic though. No way I'd give that thing up for a Blackberry, can't stand Blackberry. I could live with iOS maybe if I jailbroke the phone, but it'd be hard. I've been told that I'd be a good Verizon salesman because I make everyone want to buy the Bionic lol. Even my friend who's a total Apple fanboy wants to see it when I get it next week.

how is the vibration on the phone? I keep my phone on vibrate most of the time and I hate missing calls and texts.

Same for me too. I can only feel mine vibrate if I'm sitting still.
if I'm up and about, I miss quite a few texts and calls.
Hoping the Bionic will do just fine.

Oh yeah bud they cant tell you what personal phone you can have but the official work one they sometimes have a say in since it has to be their products.
