I asked that question to a rep, they said some stores are participating, and that you should call and ask. And this is only when upgrading from a current basic phone to a smartphone. I would use the money to pay for the plan lol.

The Verizon website says that the offer is an "online exclusive" so I would assume that you cannot use it in a real store.

I'm sorry if I missed a previous post about this but I don't know how to search within a thread in tapatalk....anyway.....does the bionic hdmi out allow you to mirror anything on the screen (like hbo go movies) or is it only for your own videos?

You can mirror Netflix and stuff. He had a video of it until I think he got a message from Moto saying take down the videos because they arent on Youtube anymore haha.

It's silly you know, if anything he was creating hype and perhaps he drove to more sales than if nothing had come out.

I spoke with Verizon about this a few days. They told me as long as I go to a corporate store, I do not have to do this online.

The line that is eligable is another line on my family plan and they are letting me trasnfer the upgrade to my Droid line.

Man all those videos lol oh well. It's not like the phone is coming out next year it's tommorow. What did you expect to happen if you give somebody this phone early. Who knows maybe the actual release unit will be even more powerful but regardless I am impressed. Op you can tell us why it got removed they can't do anything about that I am sure they asked that he just pull it as it mireps the phone vs the s2 since his may only be a release canidate.
