My Cherry Mobile phone (Flare 5) keeps on shutting down by itself

I thought that it keeps shutting down because the storage is full (I formatted the SD card as internal storage) I deleted stuff and its hard because every 5 mins. Or so it keeps on shutting down so i had to use a computer to delete stuff.. and when i checked it says 3 GB was freed from 28.40 Gb and I tested it if it still shuts down and it still does I dont know what caused this I even opened the back of the phone and checkd if anything is wrong and it seems fine, nothing was damaged... pls help Should I factory reset it??

Welcome to Android Central! Near-full storage usually doesn't cause random shutdowns -- it's more likely some app you installed that's causing the system to be unstable. Does it happen in Safe Mode as well? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
