My child's tablet won't allow execution of install files

My child is trying to install software from an installation file (not through Google Play) and is getting a message "Action Not Allowed. You do not have permission to perform this action. Contact organization IT administrator for more information."

His tablet is a Samsung P610 model, which may or may not matter in this situation.

Any information greatly appreciated on how I can help with this.

Where did you get this tablet from?

IT wont allow usually a work, School device thats why wont allow

The message is indicating that there's a device administrator in play, blocking the installation of the app. Is this a tablet managed through FamilyLink, was it previously a company-managed device or has some other management app been installed?

On my Tab S7 the path to Device Administrator settings is Settings > Security and Privacy > Device Admin Apps
