My Computer Does Not Recognize My Phone

All of a sudden my computer will not recognize my S3 as a media device. It recognized my wife's so I don't think it is the computer. I cannot connect to Kies or synch my calendar. Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

If its not recognizing it as an MTP device will it recognize it as a PTP device? Also you might try turning on/off developer options and USB debugging to see if that has any effect.
