My Conclusion after Returning my Evo3d for a 2nd one

Ok returned last one because of the bugs ect.. Let me say that my 2nd one seems smoother less querky and even the 3d looks a little better on it... Let me say this the 2nd one still at times has issues when playin 3d you tube videos it playing it in 2d and the best way to cure that is to restart it or go into a 3d pic and go back in to you tube.. also the market icons still load up with generic logo.. so no matter how many exchanges you do, some of these bugs will be there till a software update.. at least i can say that all 3d evo are not created equal as this one seems faster n smoother..
