My DEVICE HAS BEEN HACKED

Helllo Everyone, Im new to this platform and not sure if this is the way to go around this. I believe my phone has been hacked. I've done a hard reset just, used a different/new Google account and somehow the hacker still has access to my device and can remotely access/control it. I'm starting to fear that this is not as light as I had took it to be. I'm all out of options, please help me recover my device, my phone is a Huawei PRA LX1 (P8 Lite 2018) EMUI 8.0.0. I have as well opened up a new Google account, from a foreign device/location so the hacker wouldnt

be able to gain access of it. [Mod redacted email]please liaise with me through this email address. I have as well attached screenshots of my symptoms and “unauthorized” apps I constantly see. Please

We are Android phone community, we don't specialize in people being hacked, you have done what most would suggest in that situation, you have to go further with this and go to proper authorities for further help.
