My earphone's button not functioning properly

My earphone's button is not functioning properly because sometimes when i try to pause a song, either the volume becomes louder or google speak opens. It really pisses me off. I dont know how to fix these. Please help ASAP

Which phone, and which earphones do you have? There can be subtle differences in the headphone jack configuration between certain manufacturers. If the earphones were specifically "Made for iPhone," they often aren't entirely compatible on Android devices.

Have you tried those earphones on other devices? Or have you tried other earphones on your device?

The phone is J5 2015 and the earphones is the earphone used for samsung phones. I've tried others and theres still the problem. Please help me

Was it working normally before, and then the problem suddenly started?

Check the headphone jack to make sure there isn't any debris in there. Blow it out with a can of compressed air, and use a Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol to make sure the contacts are clean.

Try booting into Safe Mode: How to turn on safe mode on Samsung Galaxy J5. If it still happens, then the headphone jack might be faulty, and you might have to bring it to a repair shop.

What music player app are you using? Many of them let you configure the way headset buttons work; check under the app's Settings.

I use blackplayer ex
