Last night sometime, someone from France hacked my gmail account and changed my password. I have around 100 contacts saved in my account. that person sent out an email to all of them saying I was mugged and they stole my wallet and to please send money to help out. allot of those accounts were used for business things. To top it all off he deleted ALL my contacts.
I was able to reset my password and I am now in control of my email again.

The problem is ALL my contacts have been deleted. When I checked my droid incredible, all my contacts are still in my phone. Im thinking because I shut off my mobile network at night, my contacts were not deleted from my phone.

Is there a way to import/transfer all my gmail contacts from my phone back to my gmail I use on my computer?
I also sync all my contact info from my phone to verizon every night so when I log into my.verizon account all my contacts are there as well.
Im hoping I dont have to re enter all my contacts one by one.

Can Anyone Help Out?

Thanks
Ken

If you go into your contacts, hit the Menu button then go to More > "Export/Import".

Select to export your contacts to your SD card. Once that has completed, it will save your contacts in a vcf file (vCard format). Once you have done that, transfer the vcf file off of your SD card onto your computer. (Android will save the vcf file in the root of your SD card, it is usually labeled as something like 0001.vcf")

The next thing you will want to do is go to Google Contacts, and click on the "Import" button on the top right. Browse for your file, click Import and you should be all set!

I assume you have a USB cable to connect your phone to your computer? If you do, connect it to your computer. Pull down the notification bar and tap on the notification that says you are connected to the computer and select to Mount your device.

I assume you're running windows? If so just go to My Computer ("Computer" in Windows Vista and Windows 7), double click on the device, it usually shows up as "Removable Disk". Double click on that, and you should see the file in there. Like I said it usually saves as "00001". Just drag that onto your desktop or somewhere on your computer and then upload it to Google Contacts.

Let me know if you get stuck!
