My evo 4g flashed to metro sends my incoming calls to voicemail?

My evo 4g flashed to metropcs sometimes sends my incoming calls to voicemail when someone is calling me !!!?
sometimes you have to call me like 3 or 4 times for my phone to ring.
Can someone help me? Thank you !

Make sure you don't have any contacts set to go straight to voicemail when they call
