Bidding farewell to my T-bolt after getting it day one. Well at least I'm handing it off to my wife who dropped her Fascinate in a creek while hiking. Replacing it with the Rezound which seems to me an under-rated phone.
While it had it's faults (what phone doesn't?) I rather liked my T-bolt. I had few of the issues many reported with the device. But I got lucky I guess, It basically just worked for me. I did end up getting the extended battery shortly after, but honestly it seems there are very few phones I would not get the extended battery for. I could get two solid days of use on the extended and charging became an after thought. I didn't care for the "pregnant" form factor of it and glad my new phone ops for a fully extended back.
I don't abuse my phones by any stretch, but I don't baby them with cases and screen protectors either. My t-bolt looks rather well after a year of use. One or two very hard to see scratches on the screen, but disappear when turned on. The case and body look very good with a quick wipe of a micro-fiber cloth. I did have the peeling on the kickstand, been slowly working on it with a guitar pick.

I like the heft and feel of it, but I really don't care for the ultra thin super light phones
I really did use the kick stand quite a bit, I will miss it.
I really like Sense, I do turn a bunch of it off (friend stream and the like) but over all I think it's a pretty well laid out overlay.
Even with going to a very fast dual core phone the TB never showed me any lag comparatively. I think it holds up pretty well.
Never any issues with just using it as a phone or using bluetooth, as stated it just worked for me.

I hated the name "Thunderbolt", when asked by folks what phone I have I always spoke very softly "Thunderbolt"
The USB connector on the wrong side of kickstand, I don't care what HTC said, that was a stupid error that someone should have caught in testing.
the capacitive buttons were too bright or wouldn't dim\turn off.
So over all I had a pretty positive experience with the phone, if my wife hadn't dropped hers I'd probably still be using it happily. But I always love a new toy
I'm still looking forward to ICS when it comes out just to see how it improves the phone for my wife.
