my fingerprint is disabled after i changed my pin password

I am using zuk z1,and this problem happend earlier also for which i have to pay 500 ruppes ,kindly solve this issue of fingerprint is automatically disabled by device administrator due to some credential problem. This happens only after i changed my pin password to a new one & the manage fingerprint option is gone.plz provide some solution for this on my email.
