My fingertip sensor not works more

When I bought my phone (it's a Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro), I put it to unlock by my digital. So far so good. I registered and everything was working properly. Until, when I tried to unlock by digital, just was not going to. I tried, tried and nothing, and after that day my only option was to use my PIN as an unlocker. Yesterday I searched videos to find answers to my mistake and I came across a guy putting *#0*# (on the keyboard to put numbers to call somebody) and clicking the "Sensor" button. When I did this, I came across a button making me available to do a test on my digital sensor and realized that there were 2 errors: bad pixel and cal result.
Anyone can help me?

Ps: my Android is running the version 7.0 (in September will update to the 8.1)

If the phone is still under warranty, arrange to have it repaired, If not, either find a reliable repair shop or contact Samsung, but you'll have to pay for the repair.

Welcome to Android Central! Does it also happen in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-35510. If so, then it's probably a hardware problem. Is the phone still under warranty?

Yes, it still does not work in Safe Mode, but this time a balloon appears saying:
Attention Make sure the Home Key is clean and dry and try again.
