Ok, so I'm currently a Blackberry user, but I'm on here nonstop. I've been to crackberry no more than about 4 times in the last year. I'm a total Android addict, and I don't even have the phone yet! By the time I get my hands on one (January is my upgrade date) I'm going to feel like an advanced user Did any of you have MAJOR, borderline obsessive, Android envy before you finally made the switch?

Yes, since November of last year, till I got my Droid (OG) in December. Then I joined in Jan lol

Early this year (around February) a friend told me about the Nexus One. I checked it out and instantly became hooked on smartphones. I really liked the Desire and Legend but those weren't coming to the US. I would spend my breaks at school in the library doing research on phones. XD I got obsessive, especially towards the end of the school year because I was getting a new phone for my graduation present. I was a little limited because I'm on T-Mobile so I got the myTouch Slide, it was a good little phone, but my friends Evo had me drooling. I wish the MT4G was out then.

Now I'm a full fledged android geek and proud of it.

I got the G1 when it came out but got an offer for it I couldn't refuse! Well, I regret letting it go but found myself sticking to the BB line, call it a rut. I recently got a call from my dad and he made the switch to android. He loves it, I keep getting messages about all the "neat stuff" it can do.

But I am also in your boat again!

I believe it's a perfectly normal feeling for a person - that has a passion for a certain device(s) to behave like that.
