My g3 is... different

.... bordering on useless. Web pages won't load fully (on 3g,wifi,or lte). WiFi especially stinks (the rest of the devices are fine, it's not our wifi). Some apps never load. Facebook takes several minutes to load pics/videos IF they ever load).

Last weekend I reset my phone, worked great for any 4 days. Yesterday I updated both prn and profile, worked for maybe a half hour.

I'm very frustrated and I'm just hoping someone has an idea for me. Otherwise I'll spend the afternoon at Sprint (but it's a pain, they've closed the tech shops here so now there's only one that I know of).

Try dnset in the play store. It solves a lot of the problems you explain for me.

"dnset"? Reset? I'm not sure what you mean .... But I do appreciate the reply.

I installed Dolphin browser and that, so far, works better than either Google browser (last night both the native browser and Chrome loaded search results, but the page would never fully load).

My husband and soon both have the LG G3 and have no problems whatsoever. The only difference is that i did the factory reset right after Lollipop. I have a feeling thst was my mistake. I have a very very different phone than they do now, I don't think they are on "full" Lollipop.

I'd honestly just suggest returning it and getting a new model.

I've had it since the day it came out...
