My Galaxy Note 4 has turned off and won't turn on again. How can I fixed this?

My Galaxy Note 4 has turned off and won't turn on again.

Yesterday when i was using my phone, my phone was very slow and laggy then I went to sleep but today when I woke up, my phone was off and when I plug in the charger it does'nt charge, I tried more chargers and not worked so I bought another charger(original) but didn't work. Also replaced my battery and didn't turn on.

Welcome to Android Central! The replacement battery was fully charged, correct? What happens if you press and hold Power for at least 15-20 seconds?

I had to use insurance and get a refurb
