my Galaxy Note edge keeps turning off anywhere between 8 -35 %

[AC Question]

My note edge has recently done two updates, after the first it kept intermittently turning off & freezing, following the second update it is still turning off anywhere between 8 - 35% battery, freezing & now showing an almost blank screen with an android icon in the middle & some text in the top left corner stating that it was unable to reboot (among other things). the only way I have been able to do anything once this happens is remove the battery.

any ideas?

Thanks heaps belodion & H3aTeRzz, I was getting a bit sus on the battery but it only started happening with the new updates, have ordered a new battery now!!

Are they, so far as you can judge, good-quality batteries?

Thus may be a software problem. Hopefully @StuJ will tell us what happens when the new battery is fitted.
