My Galaxy S2 keeps telling me everything and I can't tap anything, how can I turn this off?

My galaxy s2 keeps telling me everything and I can't tap anything

I can't tap anything because everything I select gets announced, I have the app Hi locker and I can't even get passed that so I can't access my phone! Please help!!

You have accessibility options on. You need to place your finger over each part of your password, and after it announces what youre over, tap again. Go to settings the same way, and go to accessibility options and click off. Sometimes you can reach them by the menu when you hold the lock button
