My Galaxy S4 won't play videos and keeps disconnecting from wifi. Any easy to understand answers?

my galaxy s4 wont play videos and keeps disconnecting from wifi. any easy to understand answers?

ive had a few issues with my s4 but was generally happy with it till now.it has decided to stop playing videos after around 10 seconds, it freezes, but audio continues, and a seperate issue, it continually disconnects from wifi. im not tech savvy at all and dont understand the answers given on other forums so could anyone explain a solution to me in simple terms?

Hi, first of all, what are you using to play the videos? Is it the YouTube app, or are you using your browser?

Welcome to the forums. In addition to what mrsumbles asked, have you tried rebooting the device to clear the issues?
