My Galaxy S5 says settings has stopped working when trying to change text to speech options

[Android Central Question]

When I select text to speech from input options I get message saying "Unfortunately settings has stopped working"
Only option is OK.
I tried chaning settings in safe mode but I get the same issue.
Android Ver 6.0.1

Open the play store, find the text to speech app, uninstall and reinstall.
